Turn the airplane mode on & off

This can be done by gently dragging the notification bar, then tapping the icon of the airplane. This can also be done through settings.

When youโ€™ve completed all these, be patient for few minutes and allow a new network setting to pick up automatically.

Reboot the phone if nothing happened. Factory reset is another option you might be willing to try but that should be the last step if none worked.

When all other methods have failed, the next is to reach out to your carrier. This can be done on social media because you get to address your concern in a better way.

Alternatively, you can call their hotline on 800-331-0500 or dial 611 if youโ€™re using an AT&T phone.
