They wont help with extensions
One of the interesting things about Comcast Xfinity is that it provides its part-time residents with seasonal rates. And based on what other people saying about these internet services it’s only available starting November 1 to May 1.
Compared to Direct TV, it allows you to disconnect the service at any time without a cost. Because of the current health concerns, my family will not push through without travel to NY, and perhaps move this to June or July.
I checked with the company to ask for a 1 or 2 month extension, and I was informed that an extension is not possible.
This means that all seasonal customers are charged the same rate, and according to my contract, I will be charged $150 per month whether I am in NY or not.
I think the company is unfair and they have no plans of honoring the orders of the government about the travel ban. I also added that I have a Comcast in my other house so why should I pay for two services? Again, the Support team cannot help me out. Can anyone help?
Xfinity was very supportive
This is the first time that I have subscribed to the services of Xfinity by comcast. And based on our initial experience with the service, we can say that the company delivered on their promises. I rented a home and asked for the team to help me out.
From the initial appointment to the complete installation, the team was supportive and very friendly. Also, the tech team arrived on time to complete the job. He walked me through the set-up and he was kind enough to answer some of my questions. I’m impressed with the service, and I don’t experience any major issues with the connection.

CenturyLink internet support helped me troubleshoot and resolve connection issues from home
The DSL light of the modern went out on March. I immediately contacted the Support of Century Link and a representative instantly took my call. As part of the process, she facilitated the troubleshooting of the modem and my connection and the procedure took almost an hour to complete.
Throughout the call, the representative was calm and friendly and you can really sense her commitment to help. After a few steps and checks on my end, my internet connection was restored. I’m happy that the company provides this kind of service to its customers.
Xfinity business internet team had problems restoring my internet connection
I own a restaurant and internet connection is a critical part of my business. Last holiday season, a real nightmare happened- my internet connection was not working properly.
I reported the issue on Monday and I was informed that no repairs are available until Friday. So I waited until a team is ready to address the issue. After a few days worth of waiting, a representative from the company, Tony, visited my restaurant and helped find the problem. It took him a couple of hours to complete the repair and I’m happy it was resolved. I’m still using Xfinity but I hope that they can improve their services.
